1. Introduction

At Lesbian Alumni, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product you've purchased from us. Our Returns and Refunds Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

2. Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Lesbian Alumni is pleased to offer a refund provided that:

• You return the item within 30 days of purchase;

• You provide your original Lesbian Alumni receipt at the time you return the item;

• The item is in resaleable condition, meaning that it is in its original packaging including instruction manuals and all accessories;

• The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).

3. Products on which a Change of Mind Return is not available

Lesbian Alumni will not accept returns for products that are not in resaleable condition, if the product is personalized, or if they are part of a special sale. This will be clearly marked on the product page on our website or in the pop up or banner bar to note the sale.

4. Exchanges

If you purchased a product and would like to exchange the product for a different size or color, Lesbian Alumni is pleased to complete an exchange provided that:

• You email support@lesbianalumni to initiate the exchange of the original item within 30 days of purchase;

• You send your original product to the provided address through any carrier so long as it includes tracking. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs;

• You provide your original Lesbian Alumni receipt at the time you exchange the item;

• The item is in resaleable condition, meaning that it is in its original packaging including instruction manuals and all accessories;

• The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below)

Please understand that Lesbian Alumni products are printed on demand so that we create less waste than most other clothing brands. Our exchange process is different than that of big retailers due to our eco-conscious approach and the fact that we are a small team.

5. Faulty Product Returns

If something is wrong with your product, please contact us, and we will assist you with your return. We will refund any product that is faulty, provided that:

• You return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Lesbian Alumni with proof of purchase. We consider a reasonable time to be within one (1) year of purchase;

• The product has not been misused or mishandled in any way.

6. Processing Refunds & Exchanges

Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved and seeking a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or financial institution’s refund policy. If approved and seeking an exchange, you will be emailed a coupon code to place a new order at no additional cost to you.
